Finding time to create or learn new technology is second nature. Growing up, I loved gathering ingredients and preparing the weekly recipe found in the Mini Pages section of the Sunday newspaper. Unlike my peers, I remember rejecting the idea of a new Barbie Dream House. Instead, I had to have a Commodore 64 – the most memorable gift of my childhood.
I’ve worked in elementary education, curated 3rd through 12th grade STEM programs for a national engineering organization, and regionally managed a global educational robotics program.
I love spending time with my daughters, traveling together, testing recipes, and exploring new things. We laugh a lot. I might be a little obsessed with photography, denim, and wild animal prints. PeanutPop is a reflection of my love for great food, creating, and all things STEM.
Life can be hectic. I find so much joy in exchanging ideas with fellow moms (and dads).
I invite you to take this journey with me.
xoxo – Katrina
